Looking for a One Piece Doujinshi?

The gang (I dont think Franky or Brooke were in this) were all on as island where they were warned about these monster/zombie things, and that the only way to run from them is to hold your breath because that’s how they sense you. Skip ahead and Sanji has been captured We also meet a little boy that uses magic from a violin. He’s a zombie-thing, but only turns dead humans into other zombies. Somehow, through accidental infection, Sanji gets turned into one of these things and Zoro notices it when Kitetsu starts whining when he’s near Sanji. They fight and both get all bloodied before Zoro pins Sanji down and sucks the poison out of him. At then end, Zoro is carrying Sanji back to the group. Any one?
